Terms of Service

These terms govern use of ResaleVision's software and services. By using the service you agree to them.

The service

ResaleVision helps you photograph, identify, price, and draft marketplace listings for inventory you own and are entitled to sell. Listings are created as drafts for your review; you are responsible for the content of every listing you approve and publish.

Early access

The service is currently offered as an early-access program. Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued while in early access, and availability is not guaranteed.

Your responsibilities

• You must have the right to sell the items you list and to use the photos and information in your listings.
• You are responsible for complying with the policies of any marketplace you connect (including eBay's user agreement and selling policies), and with applicable law.
• You will not use the service to list prohibited, counterfeit, or stolen goods, or to misrepresent an item's condition.
• You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content — titles, descriptions, condition notes, and prices — before approving a listing.

Accounts and marketplace connections

Marketplace connections are made through each marketplace's official authorization flow and can be revoked by you at any time from that marketplace's account settings.

Intellectual property

You retain all rights to your photos, listings, and inventory data. We retain all rights to the ResaleVision software and brand.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Product identifications, condition assessments, and price suggestions are estimates and may be wrong; the decision to publish any listing is yours. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by eBay Inc.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResaleVision will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date. You may stop using the service at any time; we may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.
